Szentendre

Szentendre is a small picturesque baroque town - half hour driving from Budapest. Famaous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, cafes, restaurants,  several churches, galeries and museums (Margit Kovács Ceremic Museum, Szamos Marzipan Museum). If you like art and folklor, it's a great place to visit.

Skanzen - Next to Szentendre is the Open Air Museum - present folk architecture, interior decoration, farming and was of life in the Hungarian language area from the 2nd half of the 18th century to the 1st half of the 20th century. If you interested can be visited

 

 

Lake Balaton and Herend
 

Lake Balaton is central Europe's largest lake,  the "Hungarian Sea", very popular place for Hungarian and foreign people. Tihany peninsula is on the north side of Balaton. You will visit the Benedictine Abbey on the top of the hill, which was founded in 1055. Next stop is Balatonfüred - the capital of the north Balaton - and take a walk on the promanade. You can choose a visit in Herend, the world famous porcelain manufacture. 

 

 

Visegrád

Visegrád is situated in north Hungary. On the top of the hill you will visit the remains of the Royal Residence, the medieval citadel and enjoy an amazing view of Danube Bend. If you wish you can take a boat tour or try some really exciting ativities (summer bob, adventure park, gokart, canopy).

 

 

Pécs

Pécs situated on southwest Hungary, at the foot of the Mecsek mountains. This town a place of many attractions: Roman age tombs, Turkish mosques and minaret, the worldfamous Zsolnay Porcelain Manufactory and the Zsolnay Quarter - a new cultural center of Pécs. In the summer famous for the Open Air Theather and many festivals.
